Hi! Welcome to my class!

A few semesters ago, we started using e-books to enhance the learning experience of the PUP OUS student. This is one of the subjects which uses this modern approach to learning. I do hope you make the most out of this.

The e-book we are using is divided into 3 sections. Each section is made up of 5 modules which the author calls "shells" (as he admittedly likes the beach). You are to read each "shell" in the hope of acquiring the answers to the module questions. The answers to the modules will be a major requirement in this class. There will likewise be two assignments which will be submitted on a date agreed in class.

The requirements may be submitted as hard copy, or through email at

All assignments must be submitted on or before the deadlines which will be agreed upon in class. The answers to review questions must be submitted on or before the end of the summer term.

We will meet only four times and the dates of the meetings are as follows:

April 10 and 24

May 8 and 22

Classes will be from 7:30 to 10:30 am. Final exams will be on the last contact session. Be there.
